The BASS Nation National Championship Tournament is about to get started and the Colorado State Champion Larry Triplett is ready to get started.

Larry T. looks as ready as ever to take on the Ouachita River, a notoriously stingy river when it comes to landing consistent limits of keeper bass.  Colorado BASS Nation President Audrey McKenney will be reporting in from Monroe, and sends a big Colorado BASS shout of thanks to those who have supported the Colorado BASS Nation, including the Mercury Marine, Toyota, Lowrance, and Dobyns Rods.
The BASS Nation National Championship is the goal of BASS Club members from all over the country, and the world, who have competed at local and regional levels to make it this far, all for one more chance at achieving what for many is a life-long dream, to fish in the Bassmasters Classic.
The tournament will be held Nov. 5-7 on the Ouachita River in Monroe, LA.  Fifty-nine anglers are competing from around the BASS Nation representing most US states, from 10 countries outside the US, and the Paralyzed Veterans of America Angler of the Year.
The overall winner of this competition, along with the Top Finishing representatives from the other BASS Nation regions represented, will earn a spot at the 2016 GEICO Bassmasters Classic.
